All candidates must bring their own smartphone to the test. Only candidates who pass both the written and practical tests will move to the next round.
In the third step, selected candidates will participate in a group activity. In this activity, candidates will be observed on how well they communicate, lead, and work in a team. This part will carry 30 marks.
In the fourth and final step, the candidate will face a personal interview. The interview will carry 10 marks. The final selection will be made based on the total score out of 100 marks from all four stages.
The four-step structure ensures a fair and transparent process for the CRP Recruitment 2025.
Training Before Joining Is Mandatory
All selected candidates will have to attend a training programme before they begin working. This training will be arranged by an authorised agency. Only those who complete the full training and receive a certificate will be allowed to start work as a CRP-EP.
During training, candidates will learn how to help other women in the community start businesses, prepare business plans, handle small loans, and follow government rules. They will also be trained in recordkeeping, marketing, and how to guide SHGs to access different government schemes.
This training is an important part of the CRP Recruitment 2025 process, as it prepares women for real-world work.
CRP-EP Job Role and Responsibilities
After completing the training, the CRP-EPs will begin their work in the field. Their main role will be to support women who want to start or grow small businesses. They will visit Self-Help Groups, Upa-Sanghas, and individual women to give advice and help them with business planning.
CRP-EPs will also help women apply for loans and make sure that loan repayment is done on time. They will support women in registering their businesses with PAN, GST, Udyog Aadhaar, or FSSAI. They will also guide women on how to find markets for their products and how to improve their business.
Apart from this, CRP-EPs will keep financial records, monitor progress, and ensure that rules are followed. They will report their work regularly and work under the guidance of the Mahasangha of Ranaghat-I Block.
These responsibilities reflect the key duties outlined in the CRP Recruitment 2025 job profile.
Salary and Travel Reimbursement
CRP-EPs will be paid ₹300 per day based on the number of days they work. They will also be given money to cover their travel costs. The payment will be made by the Mahasangha as per government rules.
This job does not offer a fixed monthly salary. Instead, payment will depend on how many days the CRP-EP works according to the official work plan under the CRP Recruitment 2025 policy.
A Great Opportunity for Local SHG Women
This recruitment is a good opportunity for women in Ranaghat-I Block who are already part of SHGs. It gives them a chance to earn money, learn new skills, and help other women grow. The job is also a chance to become a leader in the community and promote women’s development.
Women who are serious about working in the field of rural enterprise, who want to support other women, and who are ready to travel and learn, should apply for this post before the last date of CRP Recruitment 2025.
