2. Main Exam
Candidates who pass the prelims will appear in the Main Exam. This test has four objective sections: Reasoning & Computer, Data Analysis, General Awareness, and English. It also includes a Descriptive Test where you must write an essay and letter. This round is very important, as its marks are included in the final result.
There will be negative marking in both prelims and mains. One-fourth (1/4th) mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
3. Interview and Group Exercise
Shortlisted candidates from the main exam will be called for Group Exercise and Personal Interview. There will also be a Psychometric Test to check your personality. This is the final stage. Marks from the main exam and interview are combined to prepare the final merit list.
Final Selection and Merit List
Final selection will be based on performance in the Main Exam (both objective and descriptive) and Interview. Preliminary marks are not included. The bank will prepare a final merit list out of 100 marks (75 marks from main exam + 25 from interview/group exercise). Candidates who score the highest in their category will be selected.
