The Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE), Bengaluru, under the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), has invited applications for its one-year Apprenticeship Training Program for the financial year 2025–26. This apprenticeship is designed to provide industry exposure and practical knowledge to eligible candidates. Interested individuals from ITI, Diploma, and Graduate backgrounds are encouraged to apply for a range of posts available at GTRE. Overview
GTRE offers apprenticeship positions in four categories:

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18–27 years as of 08 May 2025 (relaxation as per Govt. rules)
- Education Year: Candidates must have passed in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Not eligible:
- Those with higher qualifications
- Those who have completed or are undergoing apprenticeship elsewhere
- Those with more than one year of work experience
